Colorado and national civil search and rescue teams from around the country prepare to board a UH-60 Black Hawk helicopter assigned to Charlie Company, 5th Battalion, 159th Aviation Regiment, Wyoming National Guard, in order to help Coloradans that have been affected by the flood waters from the Big Thompson River just west of Fort Collins, Colo., Sept. 17, 2013. What is being dubbed "Operation Centennial Raging Waters" is likely the biggest rotary-wing airlift mission since Hurricane Katrina and has become a complete neighbors helping neighbors effort with state National Guards from Colorado and Wyoming, active duty units from Colorado as well as search and rescue units from all over the country.
