With much-needed clear skies in the forecast, Colorado and national civil search and rescue teams from around the country watch as a UH-60 Black Hawk helicopter with the 2nd Battalion, 135th General Support Aviation Battalion, Colorado National Guard, takes off from Christman Field, Fort Collins, Colo., Sept. 17, 2013. What is being dubbed "Operation Centennial Raging Waters" is likely the biggest rotary-wing airlift mission since Hurricane Katrina and has become a complete neighbors helping neighbors effort with state National Guards from Colorado and Wyoming, active duty units from Colorado as well as search and rescue units from all over the country.
