Exercise Resolute Dragon 25 (RD25), conducted September 12 – September 25, is an annual bilateral exercise held between the Japan Self Defence Force (JSDF) and U.S. forces to rehearse Expeditionary Advanced Basing Operations (EABO) and Cross-Domain Operations (CDO) in defense of key maritime terrain. RD25 is the fifth iteration of the exercise.
