Operation Joint Response is a joint medical exercise that involves a simulated natural disaster resulting in severe damage throughout Delaware. Joint Force Headquarters and the Joint Operations Center will trouble shoot communication difficulties and structural damage requiring alternative operations, medical operations and casualty evacuation.
