Command Sgt. Maj. Lance Lehr, the senior enlisted member of 1st Brigade Combat Team, 1st Cavalry Division, takes accountability of the soldiers assigned to his vehicle in preparation for a convoy from Contingency Operating Station Echo, Iraq to Kuwait, Dec. 16, 2011. The Ironhorse Brigade was one of the last units out of Iraq and at the time, COS Echo was one of the two last U.S. bases in Iraq.
