Maj. Gen. Jon J. Miller and Maj. Gen. David N. Blackledge speak with a group of Congressional staff members in the foyer of the new U.S. Army Reserve Command Headquarters at Fort Bragg, N.C., on Sept. 28, 2011. Miller is the Deputy Commanding General of the U.S. Army Reserve Command and Blackledge is the Commanding General of the U.S. Army Civil Affairs & Psychological Operations Command (Airborne) and are hosting the group for “Army Reserve Day” in order to help the delegation from Washington get a better idea of the training and the challenges which the Army Reserve, the U.S. Army Civil Affairs & Psychological Operations Command (Airborne) and the Special Warfare Center & School face on a daily basis.
