A delegation of Congressional staff members exits the police station in “Pineland,” a simulated village in which civil affairs soldiers undergo their final qualification before becoming members of the civil affairs community, on Sept. 28, 2011. The group is visiting Fort Bragg and Camp Mackall during “Army Reserve Day” to get a better understanding of the training and the challenges the Army Reserve, the U.S. Army Civil Affairs & Psychological Operations Command (Airborne) and the Special Warfare Center & School face on a daily basis.
