U.S. Navy sailors from Naval Expeditionary Medicine Warfighter Development Center conducted en route care system and expeditionary resuscitative surgical system trainings on Camp Pendleton, Calif., Oct. 20-22. The trainings focused on delivering medical care in a fast-paced, high-stress, austere environment in support of warfighters in the field. CAMP PENDLETON, Calif. – Sailors with En-Route Care System (ERCS) 52 and ERCS 53 participated in en-route care training conducted by the Naval Expeditionary Medicine Warfighter Development Center (NEMWDC) in coordination with the 15th Marine Expeditionary Unit (15th MEU) August 12-19, 2025.
