Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam volunteers prepare this year’s 9/11 Boot Memorial display on Luke Field near the Pearl Harbor Aviation Museum, Sept. 3, 2026, on Ford Island at JBPHH, Hawaii. Navy officials received this week the results of a wide-ranging inspection of the Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam (JBPHH) public water system conducted by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
