My Navy HR held a Career Development Symposium (CDS) at Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka, Aug. 27 and 28, 2026. The MyNavy HR CDS aims to empower Sailors with the knowledge and tools they need to successfully manage their career. CDS events are held all around the world bringing HR information and experts to Sailors so they have the tools to manage their careers.
