U.S. Marine Corps explosive ordnance disposal technicians from across the Marine Corps, execute a demolition range during an EOD Team of the Year competition at Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, April 17, 2026. The service level competition was hosted by 8th Engineer Support Battalion, Combat Logistics Regiment 27, 2nd Marine Logistics Group, for more than 50 Marines to test individual and team skills in realistic scenarios and share tactics, techniques and procedures, with the winning team being recognized by the Congressional EOD Caucus.
