As a Jumpmaster, Permann has conducted, planned, executed, and supervised over 12 cargo and personnel drops within the past three months. His responsibilities include providing logistical planning, management, and the execution of Air Distribution Company operations. As a Jumpmaster, Permann has conducted, planned, executed, and supervised over 12 cargo and personnel drops within the past three months. When asked what advice he would give to junior Marines, Permann said, "Stay motivated and never forget what it felt like when you first earned your Eagle, Globe, and Anchor." Each week, 2nd MLG recognizes one outstanding Marine or Sailor that goes above and beyond in their duties and embodies the qualities of an outstanding service member.
