A formal U.S. Navy ceremony is taking place on a stage in front of a large American flag backdrop. Multiple Navy personnel in khaki service uniforms are rendering salutes, suggesting a military ceremony such as a promotion, retirement, or chief petty officer pinning event. Decorative wooden and metal posts with plaques are arranged in the foreground of the stage.
