Dr. Daniel Daniels, chief information security officer and director of cybersecurity for the U.S. Army's Capability Program Executive Simulation, Training, Test and Threat (CPE ST3), delivers his remarks during the inaugural TechNet Orlando event on Sept. 17, 2026, at the Central Forida Tech Grove in Orlando, Florida. Daniels spoke about automating risk management framework with artificial intelligence to increase capacity for information system security managers and assessors. The event was sponsored by the Orlando chapter of AFCEA, an international organization that serves its members by providing a forum for the ethical exchange of information focusing on information technology, communications, and electronics for the defense, homeland security and intelligence communities.
