Firefighters from Naval Base Coronado are conducting a high-angle rescue training exercise using an extended aerial ladder truck. A team of approximately five personnel on the ground are managing a rescue stretcher/basket attached to a yellow rope running up to the top of the ladder. The exercise takes place on a paved area near what appears to be an airfield control tower.
