    U.S. Air Force Tech. Sgt. Jordan Jacobs, metals technology craftsman, 122nd Maintenance Squadron, unveils a new street sign dedicated in honor of Capt. Seth Koval at the 122nd Fighter Wing, Fort Wayne, Indiana, Sept. 13, 2026. Koval began his career as a machinist at the 122nd FW and went on to become an instructor pilot in the KC-135R Stratotanker assigned to the 121st Air Refueling Wing.
