A crane service contracted in support of the 3rd Armored Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division, divestiture lifts and positions a designated turn-in vehicle at Fort Irwin, Calif., Aug. 16, 2026. Soldiers from the 918th Contracting Battalion provided contracting support at Fort Irwin from Aug. 11 to Sept. 5 during the brigade’s transition from an armored brigade combat team to a Stryker brigade combat team.
