    Philip C. Stitzinger, Emergency Management Chief, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Buffalo District, receives the Civilian Service Achievement Award from Maj. Blake Jones for his contributions to the temporary power mission supporting disaster recovery efforts in Saipan following Super Typhoon Sinlaku. Stitzinger supported the assessment, installation and restoration of temporary power at critical facilities across the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands. His expertise and dedication contributed to the success of the USACE response mission.
