    Philip C. Stitzinger, Emergency Management Chief, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Buffalo District, concludes his temporary power mission in Saipan after supporting disaster recovery efforts following Super Typhoon Sinlaku. Stitzinger’s contributions helped support the assessment, installation and restoration of temporary power at critical facilities across the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands. As he departs Saipan, he leaves behind a successful mission, lasting partnerships and the experience of serving alongside fellow responders during a critical time of need.
