    Marine Corps Installations Pacific

    U.S. Marine Corps Brig. Gen. Ralph Rizzo, the commanding general of Marine Corps Installations Pacific, addresses audience members during a meet and greet at Camp Foster, Okinawa, Japan, Sept. 14, 2026.
