    PACIFIC OCEAN (Sept. 11, 2026) U.S. Navy Gunner’s Mate 2nd Class Gracie Abalos, front, and Gunner’s Mate 1st Class Carlos Negron, back, both assigned to Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Carl M. Levin (DDG 120), remotely fire a Mark 38 25mm machine gun during a live fire training exercise in the Pacific Ocean, Sept. 11, 2026. An integral part of U.S. Pacific Fleet, U.S. 3rd Fleet operates naval forces in the Indo-Pacific and provides the realistic, relevant training necessary to execute the U.S. Navy’s role across the full spectrum of military operations.
