    U.S. Navy Sailors assigned to Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Paul Hamilton (DDG 60), replace mattresses during an onload on board Naval Base San Diego on Sept. 14, 2026. New mattresses are one piece of Commander, Naval Surface Force, U.S. Pacific Fleet’s (CNSP) ongoing initiatives to improve and sustain fleet readiness by improving shipboard quality of life. CNSP ensures fleet commanders are provided with personnel, materiel and training required to project credible naval power at sea, ashore, at home and abroad.
