    188th Wing

    The 188th Mission Support Group change of command happened on Sept. 13, 2026. Col. Michael Krom assumed command from Col. Lionel Riley. Riley has had a variety of Air National Guard leadership assignments, including positions in Services, Equal Opportunity, and the Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Group. The ceremony was presided over by Col. Jonathan Esparza, the 188th Wing commander.
