    Col. Lionel Riley relinquished command of the 188th Mission Support Group at Ebbing Air National Guard Base on Sept. 13, 2026. Riley has held a variety of Air National Guard leadership assignments, including positions in Services, Equal Opportunity, and the Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Group.
