Spouses of the incoming and outgoing State Command Chaplains are presented flowers during a changing of the stroll ceremony at the Robert F. Ensslin Jr. Armory, Florida, Sept. 12, 2026. The changing of the stole signifies the transfer of spiritual leadership and pastoral care from one chaplain to the next. During the ceremony, the stole was transferred from Col. Glenn Finch, outgoing State Command Champlain, to Lt. Col. Lance Sellon, incoming State Command Chaplain.
