Col. Glenn Finch, outgoing State Command Champlain, is presented the ceremonial stole during a Changing of the stole ceremony at the Robert F. Ensslin Jr. Armory, Florida, Sept. 12, 2026. The changing of the stole signifies the transfer of spiritual leadership and pastoral care from one chaplain to the next.
