    JOINT BASE MCGUIRE-DIX-LAKEHURST, N.J. — Brig. Gen. Michael W. Brancamp, deputy commanding general (operations) of the 200th Military Police Command, presents a commemorative Military Police badge to Col. David M. Farabaugh during Farabaugh’s retirement ceremony at the 78th Training Division Drill Hall on Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, N.J., Aug. 9, 2026.
