    JOINT BASE MCGUIRE-DIX-LAKEHURST, N.J. — Two Soldiers assigned to 1st Brigade, 78th Training Division, present the ceremonially folded national colors to Col. David M. Farabaugh during his retirement ceremony at the 78th Training Division Drill Hall on Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, N.J., Aug. 9, 2026.
