Capability Program Executive Simulation, Training, Test and Threat

U.S. Army Capt. Cristian Acosta, assigned to the Project Manager Simulation staff at Capability Program Executive Simulation, Training, Test and Threat (CPE ST3), and Department of the Navy police officer Steve Delrosario, from Naval Support Activity Orlando (NSA Orlando), present a wreath honoring those killed 25 years ago during the 9/11 terrorist attacks during a remembrance ceremony at NSA Orlando on Sept. 11, 2026, in Orlando, Florida. Delrosario represented the first responders called into action that day while Acosta represented the military response to terrorism around the world that followed. Brig. Gen. Christine Beeler, capability program executive for CPE ST3, was the keynote speaker for the installation-wide event. The U.S. Army and CPE ST3 remain deeply committed to honoring the lives lost on Sept. 11 and the extraordinary courage of the military and civilian personnel who responded immediately at the Pentagon and Ground Zero (U.S. Army photo by Josh Free)
