For the 311th Field Hospital, the competition also highlights the unique role of its 68M Nutrition Care Specialists, who bring their medical and nutritional expertise to the field-feeding mission alongside Culinary Specialists. The competition is designed to strengthen food-service proficiency and readiness while ensuring Soldiers can provide safe, quality and nutritionally appropriate meals in field environments.
