Jonathan Ebbert, incoming commander of Joint Task Force - Civil Support (JTF-CS), receives organizational colors in a change of command ceremony at Joint Base Langley-Eustis, Virginia. The ceremony marked the formal transition of command and highlighted the continued commitment of JTF-CS to providing command and control of CBRN response and all-hazards Defense Support of Civil Authorities operations.
