Two military personnel in camouflage uniforms are maneuvering a litter (military stretcher) with a simulated casualty through a confined wooden structure, likely during a combat casualty care training exercise. The photo is taken from an elevated overhead angle, showing the soldiers navigating the stretcher through a narrow opening between wooden planks. This appears to be a tactical combat casualty care (TCCC) or field medical training scenario.
