    Army Staff Sgt. Alexander Morgan, 264th Medical Battalion combat medic, leads a team to the first challenge of the litter carry obstacle course event for the U.S. Army Medical Center of Excellence 2026 Best of the Best competition at Joint Base San Antonio-Camp Bullis, Texas, Sept. 2, 2026.
