    A U.S. Marine assigned to Battalion Landing Team 1st Battalion, 8th Marines, 6th Marine Regiment prepares to embark an amphibious combat vehicle during a mechanized infantry live-fire range on Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, Sept. 2, 2026.
