    Participants await the start of the 2026 Sergeants Major Golf Tournament at the Sound of Freedom Golf Course at Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point, North Carolina, Aug. 28, 2026. Service members attending the tournament used the event to strengthen relationships and foster esprit de corps.
