    MILLINGTON, Tenn. (Aug. 26, 2026) – BUPERS Online (BOL) is the primary means of accessing one’s Electronic Military Personnel Records System (EMPRS). In support of infrastructure modernization, BOL and other personnel systems were unavailable from Aug. 21 to Sept. 2. The success of the Millington Data Center infrastructure migration represents an important step toward a more integrated and data-driven MyNavy HR enterprise designed to better support Sailors and the Fleet.
