A group of four people stand on what appears to be an elevated outdoor platform or rooftop overlooking a lush green landscape with the ocean visible in the background. A woman in a blue shirt appears to be leading a tour or briefing, gesturing outward to point something out to the group. The setting suggests a coastal location, possibly Hawaii based on the vegetation and ocean backdrop.

The visit provided an opportunity to exchange perspectives and focused on ensuring common understanding of the EIS process, including key considerations of land use and discussed areas of mutual interest. This meeting reflects the importance of open communication with state stakeholders and PMRF’s commitment to maintaining a productive dialogue with our state partners.
