    Pacific Missile Range Facility

    PACIFIC MISSILE RANGE FACILITY, KEKAHA , (August 31, 2026) - Pacific Missile Range Facility (PMRF) Commanding Officer, Captain Robert Prince met with Department of Hawaiian Homelands Chairman, Kali Watson and his staff for a briefing on the PMRF Koke'e Park Geographic Observation Real Estate Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) and discussed continued partnership and shared priorities. The visit provided an opportunity to exchange perspectives and focused on ensuring common understanding of the EIS process, including key considerations of land use and discussed areas of mutual interest. This meeting reflects the importance of open communication with stakeholders and PMRF’s commitment to maintaining a productive dialogue with our state partners. PMRF is the world's largest instrumented multi-domain, capable of supporting surface and sub-surface, air and space operations simultaneously.
