Matt Reeves, lake manager, Tulsa District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, and Alex Bilinski, park ranger, Tulsa District, USACE, run along the trail at Brush Creek Campground, near Sand Springs, Okla., while participating in the Army's new Combat Field Test, Sept. 1, 2026. The Army recently released fitness new standards for Soldiers in combat arms military occupational specialties, which includes engineers. Civilian employees are not required to take the CFT but, many Tulsa District staff members, including personnel from the Keystone Lake Project Office, volunteered to participate in solidarity with the Soldiers assigned to the Tulsa District.
