Bryan Carmichael, commodore of Naval Surface Group Middle Atlantic, addresses the crew of Wasp-class amphibious assault ship USS Iwo Jima (LHD 7) during the presentation of the Battle Effectiveness (Battle “E”) award aboard the warship.
