A U.S. Army CH-47 Chinook tandem-rotor helicopter is performing a sling-load operation, lifting a HMMWV (Humvee) military vehicle via a cargo hook and rigging straps on what appears to be a desert airfield or training area. A second Humvee and additional equipment are visible on the tarmac nearby. The arid, mountainous desert landscape in the background suggests a southwestern U.S. location, likely a military installation.
