The family of Chief Fire Controlman (AEGIS) Joseph Babcock, who is currently forward-deployed to U.S. 5th Fleet aboard the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Milius (DDG 69), receives the George Sirian Meritorious Leadership Award on his behalf during a ceremony aboard USS Constitution, Aug. 28, 2026. The USS Constitution George Sirian Meritorious Leadership Award recognizes a chief petty officer who exemplifies former Constitution crew member George Sirian through technical expertise, dedication and leadership.
