A group of military personnel in camouflage uniforms are conducting what appears to be a medical evacuation or casualty handling exercise on an airfield tarmac. Several soldiers are carrying stretchers with training mannequins/simulated casualties, while others observe or participate in the drill. A white cargo van is parked nearby, likely serving as a support vehicle for the exercise.
