U.S. Navy Counselor 1st Class Martika Velasquez, from California, holds a chief selectee guidon and leads the command triad and chiefs aboard Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Mustin (DDG 89) in a formation run on the aft missile deck while underway in the Indian Ocean, Aug. 26, 2026.
