A U.S. Air National Guard C-130 Hercules transport aircraft, marked 'NEW YORK AIR GUARD' and 'ANG', is parked on a remote tarmac in what appears to be a rugged, coastal terrain. Personnel are actively loading or unloading a military ground vehicle (appears to be a tan HMMWV/Humvee) through the aircraft's rear cargo ramp. The overcast sky and barren landscape suggest a northern or arctic-like operating environment.
