Dr. Leigh Ann Perry, a psychologist and associate professor for the U.S. Naval War College, provides resilience training to U.S. Navy Sailors and civilians assigned to Commander, Naval Surface Force, U.S. Pacific Fleet (CNSP), at Naval Amphibious Base Coronado, Ca., Aug. 20, 2026.
