Tim Ryan with the District of Columbia National Guard, assigned to Joint Task Force-District of Columbia in support of DC Safe and Beautiful mission, conducts the “front crawl” swim as part of a series of exercises relating to boat safety operations at Joint Base Anacostia Bolling in Washington, August 27th, 2026.
