U.S. Army Soldiers assigned to the 7453rd Medical Forward Detachment 1 and 7457th Medical Forward Detachment 3 participate in a Relief in Place/Transfer of Authority ceremony for the Deployed Warrior Medical Management Center at Landstuhl Regional Medical Center, Aug. 25, 2026. During the ceremony, the 7453rd Medical Forward Detachment 1, commanded by Lt. Col. Pamela Fleming-Farmer, relinquished responsibility for the DWMMC mission to the 7457th Medical Forward Detachment 3, commanded by Col. Joseph Flores.
