A large group of wildland firefighters poses for a group photograph in a forested area near a lake or river. The crew members are uniformly dressed in yellow Nomex fire-resistant shirts and yellow hard hats, carrying hand tools typical of wildland firefighting operations. The setting appears to be a staging or base camp area surrounded by tall conifers with hazy, smoke-affected skies visible in the background.
