Lt. Col. Ralph Salazar, deputy commander for administration at Bayne-Jones Army Community Hospital, leads Joseph “Chris” Rheney, chief of the Army Medical Department Civilian Corps and a member of the Senior Executive Service, on a tour of the medical treatment facility at Fort Polk, Louisiana, Aug. 21. Rheney visited BJACH to learn more about the hospital’s mission and engage with military and civilian teammates before conducting a leader professional development session focused on learning, leading, empowering and developing people.
